As an export company dealing with high-quality food-grade spices, all sales are considered final. We do not offer return or refund options due to the nature of the products and international compliance regulations.
However, in the rare case of shipment damage or quality issue confirmed upon delivery, we will work with the buyer to resolve the matter in line with our shipping and quality assurance terms.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, incorrect, or defective.
- The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Clear photo or video proof of the issue is provided.
Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with after delivery are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods like spices once opened or used
- Custom-packaged or bulk orders (unless damaged during transit)
- Products returned without prior approval
3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- A replacement will be arranged where applicable
- Or, a refund will be issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days
- Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled or refunded unless the product qualifies for return as stated above.
