We offer both air and sea shipment options based on customer preference. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as customs clearance or logistic delays. Sai Sri is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.

5. Returns & Cancellations

Due to the nature of our products (spices and food items), returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged or incorrect. Claims must be made within 3 days of delivery with photographic proof. Order cancellations must be requested before dispatch.
